Please read these conditions carefully, they incorporate the basis upon which bookings are accepted by Java Travel.info
Tour Packages includes:
1.We provide for accommodations based on the clients request start from budget class to stars hotels.
2.All entrances fees,parking and toll fees,donations and meals based on the agreement with the clients.
3.We use all standard aircond vehicles for tourism in Indonesia with years experienced driver and fuels.4.English or otherĀ languages spoken guides are available at your service
Car Rental /Hire:
We provide all standard airconditioned vehicles and comfort for satisfaction of customer with years experienced English speaking driver and fuels.
Deposit & Final Payment
A deposit of 20% from the total package price is required at the time of your booking. The balance of your tour price completing full payment must reach Yogya Reizen.com one week before your arrival at the airport.

Late Bookings :
Bookings may be accepted up to 7days prior to a tour departure but will be subject to availability of accommodation, flight and may be subject to the payment.
Single Supplement :
Must be paid when single traveler have been chosen.
Cancellation :
Cancellation would have to reach Java travel.info two weeks before the departure and we would charge 20% of the payment when we receive the cancellation less than one week before the clients arrival.
Refunds : No refunds on unused services.
Travel Insurance
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE AN APPROPRIATE COVER AT THE TIME OF BOOKING YOUR HOLIDAY. SO PLEASE CONSULT WITH THE RELIABLE TRAVEL INSURANCE COMPANY.Java travel.info does not include travel insurance, accident insurance or any sort of insurance on this tour.
Travel Documents :
Each person shall be responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa (s) and carry a valid passport at all times. All travelers to Indonesia must be in possession of passport valid at least six months after date of arrival. Please note that passport and visa requirements are not our responsibility or that of your agent.
Not Included in the Package Fare :
Charges for passports, inoculations, excess baggage charges, accident and baggage insurance, items of personal nature such as beverages, laundry service, tips and gratuities and more…
Air Travel :
Participating carriers on these tours are Merpati Airlines, Pelita Airlines and Garuda Airways specially to Sulawesi. However, it may at certain times be necessary to use the services of other airlines. No airline will incur responsibility or liability to any person named in the booking, aside from that liability as may be incurred as the carrier.
Baggage :
For all domestic economy baggage regulation limit check in luggage for each passenger to two bags/pieces. However, neither bag/piece may exceed a total dimension of 20kg each. We recommend you to take the necessary baggage during the trip. In case you have checked-out from the hotel, please pack your baggage and locked it to store at our office. We will take it back to you on your arrival from the trip.
Travel Accommodation :
Java travel.info is not itself a carrier or hotelier, not do we own aircraft, hotels, or coaches. The flights, coach journeys, other travel and hotel accommodation comprised in your tour are provided by reputable carries and hoteliers on their own conditions. It is important to note, therefore, that all bookings with Java travel.info are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by airlines, coach operators, hoteliers and other service providers, including but not limited to car hire, restaurant operators, whose service we utilize, some of which limit or exclude liability in respect of death, personal injury, delay and loss or damage to baggage.
Our Responsibility :
We always do our best to make sure your tour arrangements are satisfactory and we accept liability for, but only to the extent of, any loss or damage sustained by you as a result of our negligence or that of our employees or agents. However, we can not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of those airlines, coach operators, hoteliers, or other persons providing service in connection with your holiday pursuant to a contract between themselves and yourself (which may be evidenced in writing by the issue of a ticket , voucher, coupon or the like) and over whom we have no direct and exclusive control. We do not accept any liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part, including but not limit to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of government or of any authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment of industrial action (whether or not involving our employees, and even though such action may be settled by acceding to the demands of a labor group).
